How to kill sims in Sims 2 with style? Is it possible?

The lamest(and probably easiest) way to kill a sim is to wall him in.

Then there was something about combining water with electricity.

I want to kill the parents of a teenage sim I've got but I thought it'd be cooler if I did it in a fancy way.

Thanks in advance.

I can think of many ways. you need to choose one.

1 .Don't wash the plates and just leave it on the table. The swarm of flies will get thicker and thicker and will stung your sim to death.

2. Let your sim die in starvation.

3. Let your sim drown in the swimming pool.

4. Let the aspiration and the mood sunk to bottom low, sooner or later your sim will die.

5. Cook something and hope it'll start a fire. then make your sim stand next to it to cath the fire.

6. Eat rotten food or drink water straight from the tap. Your sim will get sick. Don't bother to cure it and soon your sim will die.

can't think of any more.

You can get your sim to repair something electrical with no skills in repair, they will most likely electrocute themselves.

I think you're probably better off with another game.

Wait a minute, flies that sting?

Anywho, thanks for the info.

You can't imagine how right you are. There aren't many games in my comp to play right now. Heroes IV is nothing compared to the good ol' Heroes III, Doom III is annoyingly repetitive and I already finished Bloodlines. I'm actually *this* close to reinstalling an IE game. Ahh, good old IE games.. They never get old.

Wow, I didn't know that about the drink! I think that must have been why my sim got food poisoning! I didn't need to cure it though, it went away by itself. That is so weird, though! Why would they have the option to drink from the tap if it was so dangerous?! And how would people like me who drink from the tap all the time (because the water is completely safe) know not to do that? Weird.
In some other part of the world.Drinking from tap is not safe at all.You have to boil it first. In the game, your sim may get diarrhea drinking straight from the tap. When you get the sickness, do heavy work like running or workout. your sim may eventually die of sickness.

There are nine ways:

1. Old age - they die of old age. It's not exactly killing them, but they die.

2. Fire - if somebody with low cooking skill points cooks, or if you put something near the fireplace and light it, it might catch on fire.

3. Electrocution - if somebody with low mechanical points repairs something electrical, or, so I've heard, if the person's standing in a puddle of water while doing it.

4. Drowning - use the "disappearing" pool ladder trick while they're swimming.

5. Starvation - enclose them in a fence or a wall and let them starve to death.

6. Death by flies - let a room get really filthy and then have a sim walk through it, and there's a chance the sim will be attacked by a swarm of flies.

7. Disease/poisoning - they can get a flu, or food poisoning if they eat bad / burnt food. If they don't rest, they can die. I've also heard something about a lethal virus that they can make with the science job reward object.

8. Satellite - if you get sims to look at clouds outside, a satellite can fall on them and squash them. There's always a probability of that, just like your sim being abducted by aliens when they stargaze.

9. Scared to death - if their needs are really low, and they see a ghost, the shock can kill them. Obviously, this works better with older sims.

All of these dead sims will have a different colour ghost depending on how they died. They'll also do different things if they're angry ghosts, or restless. Those that died from starvation will raid your fridge, the drowned ones will leave a lot of puddles, the burnt ones will start random fires, ...

I haven't really used all of those ways. I did it when some sims were really annoying, or when I wanted to make a story, but I just can't do it to the sims I've had a longer time... I'm too attached to them. So I think death by old age is the worst. I've just had two sims die of old age, and it was sad. Well, at least they got the hula girls.

I feel suddenly inclined to kill all my sims, just to test all these out. You murderers!
