Ive recently found one and i have heard that you can do something with them in ToB. Or even in SoA but i dont know what. Spoilers needed.

You need it and a diamond to upgrade the horn of Valhalla in Waukeen's promenade.

It's on the left hand side of the district, on your character's right if you enter through that big tunnel where ltn. Aegisfield is standing. There's a Halfling fish-seller standing close to the house.

Its not so bad, even though he doesnt have a magical weapon weapon so he can't damage some enemy's. He is always a usefull destraction.
