Two of my guys were hit by a blood drinker or some other mosquito type, and after the battle, they were left DRAINED. This is a chronic affliction as it has stayed with the two for many moons.

Any way to cure this? The temple pool in Arnika doesn't seem to heal anymore even if I ask him about healing or curing. I don't have an alchemist so I can't make some potion. My two characters are fighting just fine, but I am sure they would like to get over their problems.

Thanks for any insight.

The only way I know is to use a Renewal potion. You can by these or an Alchemist can make them...

I've never tried Braffits healing pool for this. Maybe you have to sleep a day or two for it to activate?

Um the easiest way by far to cure drained hit points is to kill the character and ressurect them. You can target them in combat. Other than that you buy renewal potions from brafit in arnika.

If you have someone with sufficient alchemy, you can make your own renewal potions too. A cure disease + heavy heal will do it (and a cure disease can be made from a heavy heal + cure light condition).

Braffit's pool will only work 3 times in the game IIRC, so if you've already used it 3 times it will be drained, but it cures anything while it still has "charges" left.

The pool in Mt. Gigas upper level will cure draining, too.

But unless you are drained for a large amount of hit points, just ignore it. Sooner or later the character will get killed in a battle, and upon resurrection, the draining is gone (and you have your drained hit points back).
