Breeder's room (spoiler)

Hi there!

I just took out the breeders with my 2nd party, and wonder how many Filcher's Bands I am supposed to find. My 1st party has 2, but maybe I found the 2nd somewhere else. Does anybody remember how many are there?

Btw, what do you do if you know something hidden is there, but you can't find it? I'm using Detect Secrets, X-ray isn't available for me yet...

There's only one filcher's band in the breeder room. You probably got the other one as a random item somewhere.

If you suspect/know something is hidden nearby, either detect secrets or search can be used to make it visible. Detect secrets is preferable if you want to build up psionic skills.

You can get a 2nd Filcher's Band by pickpocketing Myles (and that's the ONLY way you can get it from him).

LOL! don't forget you gotta be GOOD to get it from him, too. he's laughed in the faces of my various parties whenever we have tried! tells us not to bother, cuz he's the master. ROFL!!

makes me wanna slap that silly, ship-eating grin right off his face!

Hi y'all!

Thanks for your answers. My singing lady finally got a high enough PP skill to outrun even the master. I didn't know I could get another Filcher's Band, I have to try that tonight. But I got the caryall bracers from him (he's not a gadgeteer, so they are of no use to him, so it's not really stealing, right?

), and my hobbit hobby-homeworker is soooo happy with them...

To get to the point: In my first party there are two Filcher's Bands, I can't remember where I got'em, but I'm pretty sure never to have pickpocketed Myles (my Ninja just reached PP 30). Are there 3? Well, since you can wear only 2, there's no use for so much, but maybe the other one is easier to get than to snitch it from Mylibaby *G*

According to the item table, you can sometimes find one in the monastery wheel-lock room. That might have been where you got it.
