Awesome movie!

My brother told me that he didn't like it, before I watched it. Said the main character is 'A ripoff from Buffy.'

Well, I disagree with him. It was a really good movie. The animation was great. Choreography, although there wasn't much of it, was cool. The scenery and background music left a slightly more American feeling than other Animes. No matter.

Certainly better than a B-Class American vampire/demon hunting movie [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

I have it out on DVD at the moment, but I haven't watched it yet, I think I may watch it later.

I liked the film too. It has a few disappointments, like virtually nothing is explained, but it does make for an enjoyable viewing...I think so anyway. I have actually heard and read a lot of bad things about it, but I did enjoy it.

A strange notion considering that the hunter girl is pretty much the anti-Buffy. The former is dark, serious and mysterious, Buffy on other hand is relatively common girl who can't beat a single devil without making some wiseass remarks.
