*spoilers about the end of book 2*

I just finished reading the second book in the series (thanks for recommending it guys) and was left wondering if Stannis' Onion knight was killed in the inferno that consumed most of his fleet. Don't spoil me too much please, I just want to know if I'll see him again in book 3.

(*possible spoiler*) Also.. am I right in assuming that Arya's former 'dancing teacher' is in fact the same person as her shapechanging friend from oversea?

I don't think so. I thought he was the "Faceless Man" (edit: the Stranger) of the gods Cat worships. Memsie is the most astute Martin reader, maybe he'll chime in.

News on Feast for Crows anyone?

No news

I've been re-reading his books, but this time in french. I hope Feast for Crows come out by the time I'm finished. (French is a "longer" language, for lack of a better term, so the series is split in 9 books.)

just think how big the Wheel of Time series must be in french... I 'll get it, too.

I also just finished reading Clash of Kings and I am glad that I took the advice of most people on IW to read the series

Yep I am hooked.
