Need patch _*NOW*_ + questions

I can't get pass this point!! It's the underwater passage at serpent temple. I have tryed different graphics and playing without 3D acceleration(different resolutions etc.) but can't get past it(i have tryed differenct characters too)

and now some question(i thought i posted them before but seems i didn't)

1.Where can i find egg of an felocious raptor or something like that for the quest to become a ranger?
2. Where in the serpent temple are scroll of trickery for to be a bard
3. Where is this wolf beast that i should kill?
4. I didn't get any baton etc. from the samurais skelotons so i guess i can't have any training at bushi dojo?
5. How can i become Zenmaster?

The egg is in a clearing on the left side of the river, halfway to Toad Village.

Scroll is in Kreugs study above the library in the Serpent Temple.

The wolf beast is north of the Stout Mines in a small clearing almost surrounded by trees, there is a burned body nearby.

You need top kill the Undead Samurai in a clearing on the left side of the Shuregeon (sp) Castle moat (left side if you are facing the drawbridge).

ZenMaster is only available VERY late in the game (almost at the endgame). You have to get the 4 tomes of creation. The Fire tome is located in the Serpent Temple, in a room close to the Naga (a lot of people miss this one). The Wind tome is in the Boogre Caves (in S'Keser Da's room). The Water tome is in Collasium (on the path leading to the Library), and the Earth Tome is in Cet's Tomb (near a walkway with bloodstains that causes crush damage to your characters). Get all four books, return them to the Bushi Dojo in Brimloch Roon, and you'll become a ZenMaster.

I wasn't sure about all the details about the Zenmaster "upgrade" and I'm too far from my notes to look it up.

You don't NEED the Serpent idol from the underwater chamber to finish the Serpent Temple provided you have the answers that you would otherwise get out of the book that having/using the idol allows you to read.

If you are forced to give up trying to reach the idol, the answers you will need for the Naga Spirit are as follows:

As the serpent charms-the serpent bows
As the serpent schemes-the servant dreams
As the serpent sleeps-the servant waits
As the serpent strikes-the servant prays

You will need to type the second half of each phrase to correspond with the first half as she speaks them to you.

But don't i need the monkey idol to the library for the fifth piece? I have allready 4 monky figurens but one thing is missing and isn't the monkey idol?

There are only 4 monkey idols so you have them all.
The 5th is the serpent idol, obtained in the area you are having trouble getting through and all it does is open a book that gives you the information posted above.
If you have the 4 monkey idols and take notes on the info I posted earlier for the Naga Spirit, you are good to go. The monkey idols will get you into the study through the library when placed on the shelves that are linked together with lines on the floor.

Just a question: Malakez, in the serpent holds, did you flip the switch on the eastern wall of the easternmost hold? Until you do that, you can't get through to get the Serpent idol...or kill the unholy filth.
