I can not find Gelarith the libraian in the Severed Hand. What floor is he on?

If I remember correctly, he's in the library in the floor below the astrolabe where Labellas is. Just keep going all of the way up. It's the tower to the northeast.
You can also check the Iron Works walkthrough, if I'm wrong, which has been known to happen! I hope this helps! |

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Head up the east tower (the one where you found Kayla). After about 2 or 3 levels, look for an opening to the west of the screen. That will bribg you to a new location, like a bridge. Continue west and that will bring you to the west tower, above the level that was destroyed by Larrel. Then head up.
