I can't seem to make my bard use her pickpocket abiltiy. It's on the toolbar thingy but it's not highlighted, just dim. When i click on it doesnet do anything. And i know i have the right concept because i can pickpock with my thief but i havent been putting points into it because i figured my bard could.

Just like Thieves/Rangers, they can't use their abilities with heavy armor. If you plan to pickpocker alot, I suggest investing in some good Studded Leather. Otherwise, just forget it...pickpocketing isn't worth the effort in IWD anyway.
