Sadly, my xbox network piece is broken, so in the time, I came back to the classic Baldurs Gate TOTSC while I find out how to fix it. After getting into the game, which takes 5 seconds. I would like to continue, but last time i played, i got into the underworld, got bored and quit.

Is it worth playing again, i dont want to waste my time and just quit part of the way through, it just became difficult having half my party members dissapear, then i had a huge quest, then they wouldnt come back for a long time.

I have always been a bigger fan of bg1 over bg2 except the kits and the spells, i love those in bg2, its the freedom i love about bg1 and that made me mad in the second.

So, is it worth it?

i thought the freedom in BG 1 was better than BG 2, i also played icewind dale 2 and thought it sucked how the map want laid out to you like it was in BG 1 with heaps of different wilderness scenes to walk around in and explore. if you liked that then bg 2 may not be for you, but i do encourage you try it again, you may enjoy it more the secound time

I might, but how long does the drow undworld last, thats what made me quit, ugh, days and days going back and forth looking for a different house when they all look the same

Try using the game's mapping function. It will properly identify the houses you're looking for.

The underdark isnt that bad once you use the map, they premark the houses so you can go to and fro pretty quick

Once you get outta the underdark the game gets pretty good, you get to rally up ally's such as Drizzt Do'Urden and the paladins of the radiant heart against bodhi, the game picks up and I definately reccomend starting again.
