quick question anyone can probably help me with

I don't have any AD&D books handy and I was just wondering if someone could remind me what races can dual class. I pulled out BG2, a game I haven't played in over a year and thought I'de give it a good run through. I wanted to do it with my personal favorite main character class, a kensai/mage, but I can't remember which classes can dual class and what is the lowest level they can change at, if there is a restriction et al. Thanks for your help.

In BG2 it's only Humans.

The lowest level is lvl2 (no problem since you star at lvl7 or 8).

Only combinations valid as multi-class are allowed (e.g. Fighter->Thief YES, Paladin->Thief NO)

First class may be a kit, but second may not (e.g. Kensai->Mage YES, Mage->Kensai NO)

You need a minimum of 15 in your first class' primary stat and min 17 in your second class primary stat (e.g. Fighter->Mage needs 15STR and 17INT)
