About my Baldurs Gate one Character.

I'm playing as a cool thief and I am thinking to later dual into a fighter. I would make the "change" when I reach 11th level in SOA. When I import my character would I have a choice to convert my theif into any of the thief kits?

(Man it's so good to be back at Ironworks. Since my computer was sick for a few days.)

yes you would (long with re-distributing your thief skill points and weapon proficiencies)

I am thinkin to be an assassin. I would choose swashbuckler but I get annoyed that they don't have backstab. I am trying to make an Artemis kind of guy.
