I'm finishing up my SoA game now and i havent found this halberd yet. Havent found it any of the times ive played through. Could someone give me the its stats and a tip on where to find it.

You have to be evil to get blackmist.
Spoilers to follow ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ In the Underdark after Phaere and Ardulace killed by the Demon Lord you are given the option of giving the Demon the real silver dragon eggs. After you do so you can ask him for a favor in return and get Blackmist a +4 halberd. Ask him for anything else however, and he attacks you. Code for Gauntlets of Ogre power: “Brac06”

Thanks. I killed all the drow wenches, along with the demon. Thought maybe the Cespenar could use the eggs for something.
