I seem to remember bying it from someone as well. Is it possible that the ring can be destroyed by nishruus/hakeshars?

does he have a few of them ? because I got one *somewhere* and made the ring of elemental mastery, but I noticed on another trip back to the adventurers mart that he had one for sale. I just about bought the thing until I remembered I'd already made the ring ¡¿¡ now I don't know where I got the first one from

Actually, AFAIK, Riblad has unlimited amount of Rings of Air Control.

IIRC, you get a ring of air control from somewhere else for free. could be wrong, of course.
