Where are the boots of speed and Celetsial Fury? Is there a site that tells where items are?

The boots of speed can be found in the Astral Prison which you can access by going through with a quest given to you in the basement of the Five Flagons Inn in the Bridge district.

The Celestial Fury can be found on the 2nd floor of the Guarded Compound in Temple District (prepare for a tough fight). Look at your map to see where it's located.

You can get another pair of boots of speed later in Chap 4 when you are running Bodhi's Gauntlet.

you can buy boots of speed somewhere too, sorry, can't remember where. In Tob, you can virtually have your whole party wearing boots of speed by the end of the first town. I did this. 2 mages in the back row to fire spells, 4 melee fighters blitzing enemy mages etc... lovely tactic. Rush enemy mages and hit them in melee before they can fire off any spells and you hardly even need mages at all. haste spell will do the same thing, but boots of speed are always on so i prefer them

many of the item locations are listed right here at ironworks. by the way, you get 5 boots of speed and 1 armor that does the same all in all. you need throne of bhaal however.
