can`t use amulet of power..Possible Spoiler

i am solo F/T... well i cant use AoP wich Aran Livnail gave me..i now it cant be used by F/t characters but it is THE MAIN CHARACTER...GET IT..THE AUTHORS OF BG2 COULDN PREDICT WHAT YOUR MAIN CHARACTER WILL BE SO WHATS WRONG...HELP

The amulet of powers lowers spellcasting speed and vocalises your character - hence it is designed for spellcasters and usable only by spellcasters. Why was it made this way? because the designers didn't expect you to solo, and expected you to have at least one spellcaster in your party. It's like soloing a mage - if you do that, no Two-Handed swords for you. It's the price you pay for going it alone [img]smile.gif[/img]

There is a bug where Monks can use it and Paladin's can't. That is corrected in a patch, but all I did was change the "Usable By" tags using Infinity Engine Editor Pro rather than download the patch.

Its fixed by the baldurdash fixpack IIRC. And even if it is in the official path, which im 99% sure it isnt, both are needed for a stable game anyway.
