You see, we all decided that the President of this Cyber-Country (IW) needed a vice president that carried the big-ass hammers that treat those special cases...so the Supreme Court of Moderators voted and produced a 100% victory for Memnoch to take the reigns and lead in the absence of or to the asisstance of the Great Choc. and his human familiar, Ziroc.
