No, not lasagna, pal. Think broader: Italian. Indian. French. Chinese. Gods help us, English. What'll be?

I have to say that I've become very fond of Northern Indian cooking over the last few years. Some excellent Indian and Pakistani buffets have started up in the US (along with some very bad ones, of course), and my wife and I now prepare our own. The tarragon stains on our laundry are proof enough of that.
