Does anyone know the life of the batteries in the SNES games? I have a super collection of RPG's and adventure/RPG's that I would like to sell on E-Bay, but, I don't want to sell a game that won't run. These games go all the way back to Ultima..The False Prophet. I don't know anything about these type batteries. Can they be changed if no good. Any info appreciated.. Thanks

Well apparently there are people still playing the games and they have never replaced batteries, so it's possible, but I would go ahead and try and save on one first if possible...

That's because someone is confused, Hive. Gamefaq wants you to link to the HTML page that leads to the FAQ, not to the FAQ directly. The page that comes up when you hit that link says so, and claims that every HTML page tells you you're supposed to do that.

However, I couldn't find *ANYTHING* on the HTML page preceding the FAQ that says so. Guess they're not as smart as they think they are...

Try going here instead, and look for the battery replacement FAQ.

Hey, Hey. Thanks for all the help. As usual, Bungleau came through. Thanks

A little note to Farseer. So I have been a member since '02 and ONLY had 39 posts. BIG DEAL....SO WHAT....WHO CARES.... Is your life so empty that you have to dump on someone just cause they don't post on the forum am much as YOU think they should. Really sorry to have upset you, but, I only use the forum when I need help. Some folks need a lot of help. In all areas of their lives. I guess that's why you posted almost 5000 times and I only posted 39.

Again, to those of you not as judgemental or critical as others, a very hail and hearty thanks again.

Gee, I guess this makes 40 posts....wheee

Just a little clarification. The crack about folks postiing a lot, doesn't apply to those of you who post a bunch in an effort to help others. Your posts are always helpful and welcome. Hopefully you folks will always be there to help. It was meant ONLY FOR THOSE who have nothing nice to say, those who criticize and complain.

Again I thank all of you.....who post a bunch....but are helpful and considerate.

WHEEEEE....this makes 41....I'm getting there

Generally more than 1 exclamation marks and question marks indicates sarcasm

And Variol defenately is one of the people who makes constructive posts here, so I don't think you should take offence .....Then again, I could be wrong

By the way, I hope the 5000 post comment was not an attack on me, because I think that I have been very helpfull to a few members that have seeked help on these forums. (At least I think I have )

Qiote: This is an online forum about computer role-playing games. You can't really expect that we would have lives.
