I believe that you need to click on "Download latest virus definitions.", somewhere on the right side of the screen.

have you tried to call Tech Support?

what you could do is, check your msconfig (in the windows/system directory), goto startup, see if that program (A456E124F1) is checkmarked, de-checkmark it, click apply, don't restart yet. Then goto regedit (windows directory), goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software, look if the program is loaded there, select it (it will be marked blue) press delete, then click yes in the pop-up window that just appeard, close regedit, reboot. If this still doesn't work, try to find that filename of that program, and then try to delete it. If that doesn't work, flash-upgrade your bios, reboot, goto bios and enable virusscanning in memory. Hope this helps, lemme know your status, if the virus is still resident in the memory "format C" won't help. Good luck
