has anyone, ANYONE AT ALL, fought in the woods between Waterdeep and the Trollbark Forest only to find themselves fighting a talking bear?!?

*scared now*

A talking bear ? Did he take your picnic basket ?

Methinks it could have been Halaster playing tricks.

Did you happen to see a wooden chest go flying by ?

That reminds me of the Orc called "Ruffers" I ran into at the lake on lvl 13. Was in the middle of a fight and this orc pops up behind me as if the Drow where not enough..

Yes, there are some strange things happening.

The "things in the toilet a Zhent forgot to flush" started on level 8. In the past few days I've found them in the passsage from level 12 to level 13 and the waterdeep sewers (well, fair enough I suppose).

If one of them starts talking to me I shall hang up my armour.

Perhaps Halaster needs to call a plumber.

I saw the talking bear. Did you see the "Evil Cow" in Trollbark forest or "King Moo"? They spawned once for me right after a reset. I was going to empathy the cow when a troll shaman hit me with implosion and the cow did not make his savings throw and died. Sad.

Yes, the Bear reminded you that only YOU could prevent forest fires.
