I know Ziroc has provided us with an excellent detailed explanation as to what a Manshoon is, but I have found illustrated evidence as to what one would look like. This is taken from wizards.com (I've resized to fit the page appropriately):

I´ve never seen anyone with such a hairy chest. He must be very old.
