Easier? That's good... [img]tongue.gif[/img] Where, might I ask, is the PCI slot on the back of a PC? What does it look like? I always thought the cards went IN the PC

A PCI slot is not in the back of the PC, it's inside it. If you open it up you should see a row of slots where things like your sound card, etc would go. Check your manual as some motherboards are different to others - but generally they will relate to slots that are in the back of your computer. Basically you plug the PCI card into one of those slots and if you're running XP it should recognise the new hardware. If you already have a wireless router/modem installed, it should also pick this up automatically. [img]smile.gif[/img]
