I don't think I would be able to cope if one of my close friends died. Life smiles on some people and shits on others. It really sucks.

Xen, I am really sorry. I know how hard it can be to lose someone close. Just hang in there, man. Your friend died, but he left you a childhood of happy memories, so cherish him for what he lived. A man lives as long as people remember him, and he lives happily if people remember him with a smile.

I am also sorry Xen and offer my condolences, its sounds like a tragedy.

The same thing happened when I was 12, one of my best mates commited suicide at the age of 13, although I say commited suicide, it was really just a tragic accident. I know how your feeling man. Be strong, and know that you will never forget him.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, Xen . But I know you can pull through this, just hang in there no matter how hard it seems.

While I know how this feels, the friend I talked about earlier this year was soon blinded by his disease, and his cardio-vascular system was completely destroyed. Its this time that you need to think about the greatest times with him. It will ease the pain, even though you won't think so. You need to think about that this is the pinnacle of his life. He sounds like a great person, and I'm sure the Boss won't have any problem with the way he's described. While I feel for your "loss", remember, he's gaining. Try and think the way he thought. You seem to think a bit like that.
