What About the Chechens?

Chewie, just a comment on something you said....if one resorts to "terror" tactics ie. targeting innocent men women and children instead of government and law forces I believe one has lost any moral highground one may have had and deserves to be hunted down and shot like mad dogs. Nothing in my eyes can justify purposely targeting children and non-combatant civilians. Collateral damage happens but it is an aggressors moral obligation to keep those to a minimum....in my opinion.

I completely agree that terrorism is a one way road to invasion, hell, prison, and worst things other than political illegitimacy.
