I get it ground at a local small market. I fry up in 1/4 lb patties in a pan til medium-well and season with black pepper. Usually have some A-1 on the side for a few bites. MMMMMM haven't had it in months, but now my mouth is watering!
 edit oh yeah it's lean meat and cooks fast!
