Email scams?
I've been getting many emails from @live.com email addresses about job offers. I'm pretty sure these are scams but I've never received any spam emails coming in my gmail inbox.
This is the latest one. I've deleted about 3 other ones so far over the last couple of weeks. raleighmauzy33@live.com to ******** show details 5:48 PM (8 hours ago) Reply Hello, Your resume was found on the job site. Re: Email scams?
I started using gmail because it was renowned for having great spam filters.
I stopped using it because I received, over the space of about a month, more than fifty spam messages and scams - job offers, lottery wins, penis enlargement equipment/viagra etc. Seriously, I'm surprised that this is all you're getting. |

Re: Email scams?
I received hundreds of spam on my gmail address every month...all of it goes to the spam folder though, so the filters are quite good.

Re: Email scams?
..if a company does not list their address and phone number, they're a scam; plain and simple.

Re: Email scams?
Scam.
Have you posted your resume on any job sites? A legitimate offer would have mentioned the site they found your resume on. Do you have any special qualifications on your resume that would indicate you'd be suited for a career in metals certificate trading? A quick google for "metals certificate" found this link. The exact same wording... spelled S-C-A-M. Run. Don't respond. Filter. Live peacefully everafter.
