I just wish I had not lost my batteries, cuz I would love to take pics of the stars, the look cool here, one a few are flashing many different colors almost at once beautiful, I wish I did not live next to the airport, would be better without all the lights

Oh yeah, according to my dad the thunderstorm I saw about 2-4am this morning, with the red clouds, was possibly the result of the Solar Flare. The lighting activity was exceptionally high with little precipitation. It was pretty cool actually.

Where did you come by this information, Z? I just checked and saw nothing, and it would appear to be the same for everyone else. Ah well, maybe they'll be out later, when it starts getting lighter out, but I need sleep. Don't want to get sick [img]smile.gif[/img]

ok, umm how long does any one light show last? is it continuos? or can it happen in a flash? cuz I saw like 3 different orange flashes, while watching the leaves fall from the willow tree :/ am I seeing things, or can they be split second things?
