Minor Spoiler warning (I Think)
Do the Broken/Half Wardstones serve any purpose?

I got two of them One has an Inscription on it and the other has a golem symbol (I think)? Are they clues to something on the first lvl? Were they needed to enter a room or open a door and I didn't notice?
Or are they just junk to clutter up your pack?

Oh and the Inscription reads:

Two Towers to ever guard the Tomb
Two Wards to now enter the room

And does the Fake Talk strategy work with DemoGorgon?
I mean can I agree to help him then lay say 7 spike traps the challenge him?

I *think* the two wardstones are used to enter the room with the sarcophagus and the old Priest (the one that wants his slippers). They may allow you to open the sarcophagus without angering the two golem guardians (hence the golem symbol), but this isn't something I'm absolutely certain of, and I could be completely wrong. It's been awhile. [img]smile.gif[/img]

However, I can tell you that the Fake Talk "strategy" will not work on Demogorgon. In fact, most trick strategies no longer work in TOB.

Bummer! Then I'm Glad I didn't try it when I was in the keep.

Still the next time I play through I think I'll try my luck against it anyway.
