If you know have to redo the colours of the characters then yes, as they come out they are luminous pink/green/blue and yellow - evil colours!!!

I would just love to have an elven theif as my sig...

Well I had a go once but couldn't work out which bits went where, and different bits looped differently.

I have partly managed to combine a Yun-Ti with his sword, thats quite easy with transparent gifs and Photoshop, but I messed up that one by cropping the gifs when they were extracted. May have another go some time.
