Hi guys
I can't find the third monkey idol (the one the monkey is carrying). Is there a place where the monkey stops running or something like that. Does anyone know where it is. Thanx in advance MJG. |

That monkey will keep running around but he generally can be found in the area of the slot and door puzzles. Just keep looking, you'll find him! Wyv |

Welcome back to the boards! I trust you've gotten past Erathsmedor and are working on another game...
That little bugger is quite annoying. This is one time the reveal spell is quite handy... but as Wyv said, he often gets stuck down in the coins-and-slots area. Keep us posted on your progress!

1. Another place where you can get the moneky easily is the hidden room with Statue of Kerah. The monkey will enter the room sooner or later. Once he is in, jump into the narrow corridor leading to the room, and your problems are over. The monkey cannot bypass you.
2. Have some paralyzing tool ready. With's Stick, the Binding Force spell or something like that. Another possibility is to poison the monkey.

Generally, when you see the monkey, try hitting it from a distance with lightning and incinerate spells. That should do the trick.
You can also let yourself spoil on Page Seven of the Best Tips thread, where I have explained how to enter Kreug's study without ever needing the monkey idols. [img]smile.gif[/img]
