*Digging through her closets, bilqis manages to find the noisemakers, sparklers and confetti that were left over from New Years. Plopping a "Happy New Year" hat on RudeDawg's head, she proceeds to march around him blowing on noise makers, tossing confetti into the air and twirling a lit sparkler around in circles*
