I suppose you could find the appropriate image directory in the W&W folders and rename and swap in your own pics. If I recall (can't look now because the game is uninstalled) W&W doesn't hide or compress it's object files such as images on sounds, so you should just be able to find the appropriate bitmaps.

Welcome to the board, arvid!!!

I think Jon is correct - you would just have to locate the image files currently being used for party characters and make certain that images you used to replace these were of the same size and resolution.

Don't recall anyone else doing that so if you manage it - please let us know how it worked out!!
