Imoen has gained new abilitys twice now and is she ever going to turn into a slayer ive been waiting for a long time now and have been putting off the end of the game sleeping all the time waiting for her to gain the slayer ability

I don't believe that would inbalance the game two slayers could drop almost any opponent. Another thing why does the slayer do cold damage? I just don't get it.

yeah that is weird realisticly id think they would do fire damage

Imoen never gains the Slayer change ability. It's not as if all Bhaalspawn gain this ability - it's one unique to the PC. Why it's unique to the PC is for anyone to guess...perhaps only a reaction to Irenicus stealing your soul. Who knows.

Probably because your pc had a strong will, and fought the taint of Bhaal with everything he had. When he lost his soul (The only thing that keep Bhaal's essence back) it had a negative effect on him. Which in turn produced slayer. Imoen didn't have to deal with the taint since her spirit kept all of it away from her. The taint was the shadow Irenicus talked about.

Imoen lost her soul too! If it was her soul holding back the taint, then she should have been able to turn into slayer also.

ok, imoen didnt know about her being a Bhaalspawn, so therefore she didnt get to turn into the slayer. the PC knew about it, so he had more time to deal with it and fight back against it directly. the loss of your will allowed you to turn into the slayer.

and it does cold damage cuz evil is cold. thats why it gets cold when the demons come for Yakman...
