i have a romance with aerie with my pj witth good aligment, an with jaheria with my neutral pj, but now with elf with evil aligment viconia never never talk with me, what happen? its a bug? or i need to do something to start the romance?? the elf have 18 cons strg fighter, pass much time i dont konow what happend, help me plz

Do you have a low charisma? That's factors in too.

Yes, in the past Dark Elves could not romance the lighter Elven races at all. But that's changed now. In Loving v. Virginia, the Supreme Court rules such bans on interracial marriages were Unconstitutional.
So, the reason Vicky can't romance Elves has less to do with the fact that there is a war, and much more to do with the fact that she is a bigot.

The reason why Vicky can't romance surface elves is pure bigotry.
The reason why Vicky can't romance drow is because she lost all faith in her brethren (remember that her entire extended family and "house" were wiped out. She is the only living DeVir still on free foot).

Humans are fine. Elves and Half-Orcs are not. Not sure about Half-Elves.
