Where exactly is the second tablet in the underground city? I've got tablets 1 & 3 but can't find #2.

One of the tunnels from the rotating chamber, I think the one directly across from where you first enter, leads to a room full of equipment. Activate all four levers on the wall, and one of the wells opens. Swim down it to another chamber which contains tablet.
