BUG

Good part of it:
Every time i try to write a spell in my book, it goes.
I even tryed a wizard with so low intelligence that is possible and writed down about 20 high level scrolls, no fail.

Bad part of it:
Every time i go up a level it stand 1 HP gained.
I`m getting so frustrated that i don`t know what to do,
jippi a 30 level fighter with 120 HP.

I really need help here.

Have you tried going into 'gameplay' screen and setting to Max hit points per level?
Also: have you installed the patch? It fixes lots of little things like that

Um. Hate to mention this, 'cos it's cheating - but install Shadowkeeper. You can use it to mod character stats. But get the patch first.
If you don't know whare patch/shadowkeeper sites are (I've forgotten) you can probably find them by hitting the 'search' button at the top of the forum and keying in the words.

In answer to part a- If you have the game set on one of the two lowest difficulty levels you will always successfully memorize spells, up to how many you can hold according to your intelligence.
B) once characters reach a certain level they only get between 1 and 3 hitpoints when they level up, depending on the class and their constitution. If you have a fairly low con you only get 1 extra hitpoint per level.

ok, then there no good part of it,
i have it one the next lowest option.
the patch is so big that i don`t care to download it,
i already have Shadowkeeper, but i feel that it will be cheating

It is cheating. But if you put the difficulty on normal AD&D setting, maybe it would be ok to just top up a bit? AD&D difficulty is not too bad!
