Once again, humbled at the helm everyone. This is a change that effects everyone somehow. The IMF is coming to DC in the fall. A recruitment of 3,600 extra officers are in the works. A large amount of protestors are expected. The last week in September will definitely be wild on the mall.
What would be the topics of conversation I wonder... Hey, pass me the wine, and I want my steak medium well.??

What's the IMF? I'm only asking because I don't understand Conan's post above so I assume it's some American phrase.

IMF = International Monetary Fund I think... Translating it from Dutch, perhaps it's not completely right, but that's the main idea.

Kinslayer, here is a web site for you and all to read up a little on the IMF. http://www.imfsite.org/default.htm
They have not called out this many extra police since the protesting of the Vietnam War.

Yes IMF = International Monetary Fund (BTW what is it in Dutch?)
Basically it is an International Bank. Doing all the things that a regular bank does (deposits, lending...)

The big beef right now with the IMF is the repayment of loans made to third world countries! I WILL NOT get into that discussion
