milk her for info and then kill her.
you can create the crystal at drognan room. The ingredient for it is on the table. |

You should accept her deal, then kill her. As she gives you a nice item to help with slaying the dragon...

Why not accept both J'Nah and the Dragons deal that way you have an item to aid in killing both. Kill One to complete the others quest then after pumping the remaining one for info kill him/her.

If you kill her you can still get the item to kill the dragon. that way you won't have any moral conflict.
