I just saw it in the Video rental yesterday. Was pretty psyched, I hadn't even heard of such a thing before!
I didn't bother to watch it, oh god no. That's because of 4 reasons. 1. I didn't even like the first movie, to begin with. 2. ALL of the actors are new! 3. The tagline is "They're coming back to wipe us out!" 4. IMDB's rating for it is 4.0/10! |

Umm...they've been showing Starship Troopers 2 on the Encore Action channel. I always end up missing it, but then again I don't exactly look for it. Didn't like the first one that much (though I like the way it subtley portrayed humans as the real bad guys during the news reels...
 ).

OI you philistines, I loved Starship Troopers. I thought it was sorely under-rated, and felt that a lot of people missed the point.
I saw the DVD of ST2 in the local video store, I intend to see it soon!
