Defeated toadem quest... what do I do now?

OK, I've just about completed all my quests, except for finding another spiders
egg and a raptor. Defeated evil guys at toadem, but can't seem to figure out
what to do yet. Crypt is clean. Only thought is to ride across the river and
see if there's anything there. I did come to a spot near the alter of someone,
but wasn't permitted to go further. Any suggestions?

there isn't anything beyond the alter of someone but it does serve a purpose so keep it in mind. if you are done with the crypt then you should be able to cross the caves in the north west part of the river. it looks like a water tunnel with a dock in front of it. talk to the oracles and talk and talk and they will open a hatch to a new frontier of exploration.

In the meantime, your raptor egg should be obtained by offing a raptor in a clearing on the north side of Snake River in The Valeia area

There is also a spider in the bottom of the windmill too if you haven't come across one yet.

The raptor clearing is off to the west of the river - halfway between the Oracle Caves and Nymph Lake.

Talk to the oracles (you do have the signet ring from the crypt?) and they will open the way to the west through the caves - keyword "Destiny".
