Something I noticed last night, I left my computer on but my screen saver never came on. I have not changed any settings in a long time and now that I think about it it has not come on in while. Can anyone think of a setting I might be missing?

If you've done any updates lately, you may check your screen saver properties. They may have been changed by updates. I noticed that with mine once. Just in case, you can access that by right clicking anywhere on your desk top, other than icons, and selecting properties.

Have not done any major updates. I'm still digging but I can't seem to find any setting that is borked up ( I'm being polite). Can anyone else think of what could be prevent it from going on?
( I haven't had a chance to check posts in a long time )

Will another screen saver work, besides the one you have defaulted? Maybe the current one is messed up or something...

Maybe there's a program running in the background preventing the screen saver from coming on?

Is your mouse a laser mouse on a glossy surface? Sometimes the pointer can be moving very slowly. Try unplugging your mouse and see if the screensaver starts then.
