Shadowhound can't log in...

Greetings!
This is a message from Shadowhound that I have kindly accepted to post up for him, any replies made will get back to him ASAP.

Hey everyone, Shadowhound here. I seem to be having some trouble logging onto IW, heres the rundown of what happened.

1. I realised my registered email account was out of date and changed it to a more valid email
2. I received an email informing me that my password was changed due to my email change, it gave me my new password
3. I log onto IW and change my password to something I will actually remember
4. I try to log in with my new password and it fails
5. Repeated trying to log in, curse at computer
6. Enter email in an attempt to recover password (assumption I typed it in wrong)
7. "Email address is not a registered member" WTF?
8. Weep

Anyone able to help me out?

Lauren, pm me the details (shadowhounds new email address and the old one and I'll pass it on to Z on the mod board.

He's starting to get worried that he'll never hear back from the mods :S
