I finished the game last week, but in looking at my last few saves I've noticed I never collected the blade of the Equalizer.
I'd saved the pommel gem since the beginning, because I felt it was important even before I learned about Cromwell, and I found the hilt along the way, but no blade. I guess I stupidly missed it somewhere, so spoil me please.... |

I hadn't found it until recently. I think it was in the Underdark in the Eastern Tunnels with the Mindflayers. |

No, I think you get the silver blade from Saemon and the hilt off of the Githyanki that try to get the blade back = Vorpal Sword |

The blade is in the Underdark, I think with the Mindflayers.
