So far, they took a Bone Marrow sample, and it came up negative. Which is VERY good, BUT...

There is still a 'mass' in her Lung, and is making her lung fill up with fluid--they drained it, but NOW, they used a camera with a wire and thingy to grab a sample of tissue in the lung.. a broncoscophy, and will be testing it to see if it is cancer. Even if it IS, it's better news than if she had Multiple Myeloma.. so localized, can be easier to cure.. You know Doctors, it's a damn waiting game.. everything takes time.. ugh!!!

More soon guys!! Thanks for the prayers and well wishes!

So glad to hear the bone marrow test came out negative! My prayers continue to go out for your mom, I hope the next test turns out just as well. I know what you mean about doctors making you wait, they LOVE to do that, and unfortunately it gives you time to imagine all sorts of negative possibilities, most of which turn out wrong, and so you worried all for nothing. Just take care, and try to keep your mind occupied so that doesn't happen. Again, we are all here for you Ziroc, please keep us updated.

Well that's good news, at least! Prayers still for her complete recovery. I do know about the Doctors and the waiting! Tedious, huh? Well, hang in there, Dan!
