Have I gotten that ? No.
Did IE just have a major security flaw exposed? Yes. Did MS just release an immediate patch for that flaw? Yes. So if you're in doubt, I'd run Windows Update to get the latest IE patch, and manually go to McAfee to download their latest.

Don't know the details on it. I let Windows auto-update run (but install only when I say it's okay), and use FF for most browsing needs.

Yeah...I think my mother's going to start using it, as soon as she gets broadband.
Windows, though, is pretty safe behind dial-up.
