errr.. when does she get executed? she gets threatened but she never actually gets killed. If she leaves to face judgement just go to the harper hold and pick her up. She will be on the top floor (where the spectral harpist used to be) and will rejoin. She never wanted to die anyway.

Just kick everyones arse that tries to kill her once the quest starts. That isa unless your talking about early in the game after visiting the Sea bounty.......that is a whole other story....
