When stolling your forums, my speakers goes 'Zt' - a short burst of white noise. As I have seen this at MH as well it's probably not the forum softwares (as you are using different ones).

Next on the agenda: IE??

Do you have a cell phone, or wireless device. It's probably wireless radio wave interference. That happens all the time here.
