I have been very slightly short sighted for a number of years, but I don't wear glasses unless I need to read something at a distance (subtitled films for example). I have an astigmatism too, my optician told me I had egg shaped lenses!!! But since I don't drive or anything I never bothered with glasses. However, I think my next trip to the opticians will change that, because my sight is getting slightly worse now! Still, I have been told that glasses make me look intelligent, so there may be a silver lining.

No way will I ever ever ever poke myself in the eye or put anything in it, never never never. Ever. (shudder)

I tried disposibles, but they gave me a severe irritation and I took that excuse to miss a hell of a lot of school - so I couldn't keep contacts for long.

Betcha never thought that an Arch Lich could be short-sighted eh?

Well, it's true. I wear these thin delicate glasses that could snap under any medium sized bottom, only when I'm playing computer games or watching a good movie.

About 97% of my time - I'm NOT wearing glasses. It is a rarity on the planes to EVER catch me wearing glasses!

Too bad, True Sight didn't help much.

Sometimes, only sometimes, dearest Epona, you post something here that evokes the strong, almost irresistible urge in me to immediately propose to you, when only the absolute pointlessness of it holds me back ...

This is one of those moments and you provided for another one one or two weeks ago ...

Ramon,
Glad I can offer some slight humour, even if it is only occasional! Especially as (gentle) penguin waving is not possible for the moment, thanks to MSN

Now, Epona, that is no "slight" humour that is sophisticated "finesse" irony at its best !

*bows to her as sign of profound admiration*
