Hi,
I'm new to game and am not sure IF party order matters? Like does it matter who is at top of screen? Can that be changed?

Yes, I recall reading somewhere that the closer a character is "in front" (ie. on top of the interface), the higher his chances of being targeted by monsters. You can change character position by clicking on the name, and dragging the character to another position.
